The property has its own parking spaces, ensuring secure and convenient parking during your stay.

You can reach us by bus line №17, which departs from Bus Station South (located in the central part of Burgas). The first stop in the Kraimorie district is right in front of the SeaDesk Coworking & Hotel building.

The beach is just 500 meters away from SeaDesk Coworking & Hotel, making it easily accessible with a short walk of about 5–7 minutes.

We accept payments in cash, via bank transfer, and through Revolut. You can also easily pay with Bitcoin. At the moment, the facility does not support direct payments with credit or debit cards. If you have any questions regarding payment methods, feel free to contact us.

All rooms are comfortably furnished and suitable for one or two guests, with the option to choose between a double bed or two separate beds. Each room features a private bathroom, air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a desk, a chair, a minibar, a coat rack, a mirror, a wardrobe, and a shoe storage area. Most rooms also have private terraces, providing additional comfort and a pleasant space to relax.

The apartment has two rooms – a spacious bedroom with a wardrobe and desk, and a living room with a sofa bed, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stovetop, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine). It also has a private bathroom and a large terrace with a table and chairs. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but is equipped with an underfloor heating/cooling system. Even during the hottest days, the temperature remains comfortable. Suitable for a couple or a family with one older child or two smaller children. Wi-Fi, TV, and a parking space are included in the stay.

Guests are responsible for their own food arrangements during their stay. Our facility provides 24/7 access to a fully-equipped communal kitchen for your cooking needs. Conveniently, a grocery store and a variety of restaurants are located just a five-minute walk away. Additionally, you have the option to utilize food delivery services if you prefer.

We truly understand how important pets are to their owners, however, to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests, we regretfully cannot accommodate pets at our facility. We appreciate your understanding and are more than happy to assist in finding nearby pet care services if needed.

Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
